Once the purchase is made, we recommend you to visit the HELP<\/a> <\/strong>page where you will find explanatory slides and videos of the platform operation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

You have several options to find the product you want to buy:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Search the Products by Category through the menu located on the upper left side next to the \u201cflamencolive\u201d logo. You can search by \u201cInstrument\u201d, \u201cArtist\u201d or \u201cLanguage\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2013 Use the search engine located in the upper menu next to the language selection flag<\/p>\n

  1. Once you have identified the product, click on the \u201cAdd to cart\u201d key and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Remember you can always delete any product in your list if at the end of the process you do not want to buy it.<\/li>\n
  2. You can continue shopping by adding new products to your purchase list or finalize the purchase.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the Payment method.<\/li>\n
  4. Checking your data, if the data is correct select Accept, and if you want to modify any information select Modify data.<\/li>\n
  5. If your purchase has been successful, you will receive an email with your order information.<\/li>\n
  6. Then, all the products included in the order will be now visible in your \u201cLibrary<\/strong>\u201d and you can enjoy them immediately.
    You can access your library from your account\u00a0control panel by clicking on \u201cMy library\u201d, or from the \u201c+\u201d menu located in the upper left corner by clicking on the \u201cfolder\u201d icon.<\/li>\n
  7. In the case you have selected \u201cTransfer Bank\u201d as a payment option, once we check the payment, your order will be confirmed and the products included in the order will be in your \u201cLibrary\u201d and you can enjoy them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It is important that you keep the order number for any questions about your order.<\/p>\n
