You have several options to find the product you want to buy:

– Search the Products by Category through the menu located on the upper left side next to the “flamencolive” logo. You can search by “Instrument”, “Artist” or “Language”

– Use the search engine located in the upper menu next to the language selection flag

  1. Once you have identified the product, click on the “Add to cart” key and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Remember you can always delete any product in your list if at the end of the process you do not want to buy it.
  2. You can continue shopping by adding new products to your purchase list or finalize the purchase.
  3. Select the Payment method.
  4. Checking your data, if the data is correct select Accept, and if you want to modify any information select Modify data.
  5. If your purchase has been successful, you will receive an email with your order information.
  6. Then, all the products included in the order will be now visible in your “Library” and you can enjoy them immediately.
    You can access your library from your account control panel by clicking on “My library”, or from the “+” menu located in the upper left corner by clicking on the “folder” icon.
  7. In the case you have selected “Transfer Bank” as a payment option, once we check the payment, your order will be confirmed and the products included in the order will be in your “Library” and you can enjoy them.

It is important that you keep the order number for any questions about your order.

How to pay?

The accepted payment forms are:

  • Credit Card:
    Payment by credit card supports only those transactions with “secure payment” technology. If your Credit Card does not support this system and the payment is rejected, make a payment through PayPal where you can pay with your credit card, despite not having a PayPal account.
    The data in your credit card are not stored in any database or similar. We guarantee that all transactions are 100% safe, never be charged extra amounts on your card.   • PayPal Standard :
    You can pay directly with PayPal if you have an account, and you can also pay in PayPal with any credit card despite not having an account on the PayPal platform.
    We recommend using this form of payment in case you have problems with the “credit card” payment method.
    Payments with Paypal will have a surcharge of 5% on the total amount of the order.
  • Payment by bank transfer, In this case, you will receive an email with the order confirmation and bank details to make the transfer.

In this payment method, you must take into account the following requirements:

With which devices can I use the STREAMING platform?

Access to the platform in STREAMING is possible from any device that has access to the internet (desktop devices, mobile devices, Smart TV, etc.)

Access is limited to one device at a time. Before changing devices, we remind you to “Close session” on the device that is identified, and open a new session on the device you want to use.
