Description
The collection “Play Flamenco in group” is a David Leiva´s pedagogic work that includes the most important Flamenco styles for four voices.
This one is dedicated to the SEGUIRIYA
This material is for flamenco, jazz, and classical musicians.
Flamenco guitarists and musicians in general like flute players, sax players, bass players violinists, pianists, and percussionists, etc… will have new material to play with the same feeling of being playing in a group.
These works are composed with the idea that each voice has its individuality so that it can be used as a “solo instrument” and can be used as a duo or trio work, with or without a guitar.
- The flamenco guitar is the main voice.
- The second voice is for whichever melodic instrument using the “treble clef”, like, for example, saxophone, flute, violin, trumpet, clarinet, piano, etc.
- The third voice, for instruments that use the “bass clef”, for example, violoncello, electric bass, double bass, bassoon, piano, etc.
- The fourth voice, for percussionists, for example: cajón, drum set, pitcher, darbuka, djembé, and also for bailaores/as (flamenco dancers) and palmeros.
Different Audio tracks are offered so that each instrumentalist can practice in different ways
