50 FALSETAS POR BULERÍAS is a collection of 50 falsetas in the bulería style by Yago Santos, bridging the gap between modern and traditional flamenco music. It is designed for intermediate to advanced-level guitarists.
The falsetas are presented in both tablature and standard notation, and the author has recorded all 50 falsetas in individual video lessons showing both hands.

The book includes 40 falsetas in A Phrygian (por medio) and 10 falsetas in A Aeolian. While most falsetas are of intermediate difficulty, some are more advanced. It is recommended to study one to two falsetas per week, depending on your available practice time. The goal is not to rush through all the falsetas but rather to focus on capturing their meaning, dynamics, articulation, and sound.

Many of these falsetas consist of rasgueos and rhythmic patterns in bulería form with short melodic embellishments. The first twenty falsetas are particularly useful for developing a solid bulería rhythmic. Gradually internalizing the right-hand techniques presented in this book is essential, as they reflect my personal approach to the bulería compás. The more creative falsetas should be studied only after mastering the traditional ones.
